1. Introduction

Welcome to TechniKold (Pty) Ltd ("TechniKold", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website at technikold.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary from the actual product.

• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
• TechniKold cannot be held liable for pricing errors on the website.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our website, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

• We accept EFT/Direct Bank Transfer, credit cards, and selected payment gateways.
• EFT payments must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.
• Orders not paid within the specified period may be cancelled automatically.
• Please use your invoice number as the payment reference.

4. Shipping and Delivery

TechniKold ships to all nine provinces of South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the courier.
• TechniKold is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
• Electrical components that have been installed cannot be returned.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return receipt and inspection.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

6. Warranty

All genuine parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims must be directed to TechniKold who will liaise with the relevant manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechniKold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to damage to appliances resulting from incorrectly fitted parts.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
